Full service.and MOT carried out on a whole you wait basis in 3hrs as promised. Car spotless on return and video health check by mercedes. At a large saving fromMB costs.

Great service at a good price from local Mercedes main dealer, included discounted MOT with service. Only negative points are car was not washed although service report said this was done and Mercedes do not record this service on their central database so need to ensure you keep the receipt for proof of service history.

Booked my car in at 8:30 waited all day for an update made many attempts to call them. Then at 5:40pm (20 mins before closing) they call me to say car is ready. They did not have the paperwork ready however they did email me the paperwork shortly after. Complimentary car was and hoover was not completed as advised. Also Mercedes do not enter book my garage bookings on their computer IT systems. It does appear that they do treat book my garage customers with less preferential treatment.
