Recently I have received outstanding service experience by Mercedes Slough. I was taking care of Evelina From the moment I entered into picking up the car. She was very experienced and friendly. This was my first time visiting this branch, but definitely it became my preferred one.

I purchased a new replacement wheel from the Mercedes garage, the cost I found extortionate but then to be changed £113 to have it fitted seems excessive.

Disappointed to receive text advising car was ready for collection at 17.02 only to receive a call 20 minutes later (whilst on way to garage) requesting car to be collected the following morning as the air filter replacement was still to be completed. Internal communication needs remediating. Car was ready by 09.00 the following morning.
