I made a booking for 05/02 and then received an email later on to say that they did not have time for my booking and had moved it to 10 days later. This also happened the last time I used this service but I thought it was a one off.

We took our 2013 Yaris in for a full service using the secret service option which ended up being at our main Toyota dealer which was great. We had no issues at all. The service manager was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
