I booked a full service for my Kia through "Book My Garage" for £160.83 on 7 March 2025 and dropped the car off in the morning. However, they informed me that they were unable to carry out the service on that date and rescheduled it for 18 March 2025, but at a cost of £499.00. I showed them the confirmation email, but they simply apologized. In the end, I had to drive my car back home, along with my friend's car. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never use this garage again.

Very positive experience for an interim service on my van, helpful staff and work was done quickly. Was given a quote for repairs needed before my next mot and will return for as their prices are surprisingly good! Thanks.
