I booked an MOT online 7 days in advance asking for an AM slot. The MOT was due to take place on a Tuesday morning and I even received a text message on Sunday saying see you Tuesday morning. On Monday morning I received a telephone call confirming an appointment Tuesday afternoon at 2pm. When I asked for morning I was told no morning appointments left. Why not tell me that 7 days before. Usually good service and I would recommend but I shan’t use online booking system again
