Excellent service from beginning g to end. Efficient booking system, knowledgeable staff, nice manner, good communication. Explained everything clearly and kept in touch. Car running much better. Thank you! I will definitely use the garage again.

Booked and confirmed by Book My Garage for 01 Oct for Mot and full service. When I arrived on site I was advised the booking was for 02 Oct. I requested car collection and delivery (advertised on booking site, but not accessible on line), so I could retain the booking for following day, but told unavailable as staff not insured. I asked if maybe they could simply drop me back home on the day ( less than 2 miles), but told they were short of staff.

"The staff at Tyres Direct UK will contact you during their normal business hours. If they have not made contact with you before your appointment date please call them. On rare occasions the garage may reschedule your appointment, but please be rest assured that they will endeavour to fit you in for a convenient slot where possible."
