I did write down and ask if they could tighten the hand break and check the rain sensors as it's not working properly, rain sensors coming unstuck on the windscreen, but neither were done, hence the 3 and 4 stars

you had a mot handbrake worked fine as for rain sensors nothing we can do with them you need a windscreen specialist
