Communication.Far too many emails – 3 different advisors. – emails have a NO REPLY address- frustrating to find when out of office hours. – Sandiicliffe do NOT offer MOT/Service appointment times, Service MOT- Fine – PASS-no advisories. – Service as Book My Garage checklist. Found Dash cam disconnected – (why) – Car had been left dripping wet Additional request concerning intermitant noise NOT done- separate appt - £75 although still under warranty. Probably will not use next year

Mot only but Sandicliffe provided video of Mrchanic checking brakes and tyres with results sent by email. Overall a good job along with free collect/deliver. Only slight criticism is the no. of phone calls/emails needed to confirm the booking and the details which was a little irritating otherwise will use again through BMG or Ford Direct
