I requested for my sensors to be checked and they cancelled the appointment saying they do not have the equipment to do so and i needed to go to the manufacturing franchise to get it done. they can only do Dacia/Renault diagnostics.

Booked a minor service with oil change included. Garage took payment but did not do oil change, had to make a complaint to get the work done that was paid for. All the staff at Renault were dishonest to say the least, I would never go there again.

The vehicle was booked in for a minor service , which when looking at the vehicle service history did not require an oil change but a "A" service which is a pollen filter replacement , the customer was informed of this when the vehicle was dropped in the morning, and he agreed to it without showing any details of his booking. On collection he said he requested an oil change and we had not done this, we than to honour the booking we carried out an oil service on his vehicle Free of Charge so infect the customer has benefited in having a major service at a fraction of the price. So payment was not taken for the oil Service which was carried out at a later date. Despite explaining and the customer agreeing the to A service which was due. We carried an oil and filter change FOC

Not sure if my experience was typical, but I was very disappointed that my service wasn't completed when it was booked, and that my car was kept for three days rather than just 1. I appreciate this happens, but the real disappointment was that the garage knew it might be an issue (due to overbooking) but chose not to tell me until too late in the day for me to make any alternative arrangements. The did a decent job on the car, but there are many more local places where you get better service!

Apologies we did not meet your expectations on the day unfortunately we had a technician go sick which caused a delay on the first day. We also had to order tyres in for your MOT.
