Car on for service. Collected and damaged not struggling to get communication or admission of liability. Suggesting damaged beforehand!!! Shocking communication. So unprofessional. Looks like I will have to take to court to get rectification.

Took my car for a service and MOT. No issues with the customer service. However my car failed on tyres and track rod end dust covers. The repair bill was £800. £101 for each tyre! Totally excessive for a VW polo. Took the car elsewhere and got 3 new tyres for £165. Track rod ends and tracking done for £160, total of £325 vs £800. I’m afraid I won’t go back next time. Not disputing the work needed doing but not at that price!
