Cancel my booking as I was booked in for 8:30am, but after coming in and wasted time in traffic, was told it will be afternoon, after leaving was told they had problems with mot station , but the person I spoke didn’t mention nothing about that so that was just excuse or just lie! And my booking was cancelled from other garage before this one just wast of my time and money!

I completed the pre book in questionnaire about issues, with good explanations of the issues and what caused them. Received a call asking what the problem was, explained again. Told car needed to be in for a week and required £300 repairs minimum plus investigation as to problem with probable extra costs. I completed some work and went to Halfords for the rest. Issues sorted in 2 days for £40! Information exchange and sharing poor, costs ridiculous, time taken excessive.
