After my dismal experience on 13th December I wanted to give them another go. After all, I have had my car serviced through them for years. Several things: 1. No response from Volvo when I called them on 13th Dec and asked them when they would be picking my car up 2. No confirmation that my 10th Jan booking was going ahead 3. No response via email from either the contact email provided by Book my garage or the after sales email I feel the Book my garage emails are going into their spam email

No communication from the garage, and when I contacted them to find out when they would be collecting my car they didn’t call back. Now have a car with an expired MOT. Looks like my booking didn’t make it onto their books. Unimpressed +++

While I didn't get an confirmation call, they have been great handling most of the things I've requested. Dropped it off at 10:00 ready to collect at 15:45, there is a nice waiting area and the city centre was a few bus stops away. In the end the adjustment of the belt was all that was left but they were busy for that day. Overall happy with their service, thanks
