I called the garage the day before the booking to check everything was ok however they did not have my booking recorded. They were going to investigate and call me back however this never happened . I had to chase 2 more times and then the last person I spoke to checked with their line manager who informed them that the garage no longer works with BMG!! Why is it possible to book this garage if they no longer work with them?

Overall a great service, communication could have been better as I wasn't advised of their expected drop off time and so was told I had dropped the car off an hour later than expected. Had I been advised in advance of the expected time then I would have discussed this with them in advance to a agree a mutually acceptable time.

Full Service was not carried out. O my received an Oil and Filter change and reasoned that this in part is down to to BMG.com. They agreed to replace the Air Filter on a secondary visit, but I suspect none of the other Service items were inspected / topped up as listed in the Service. No vehicle walkround video produced. Listed front wipers as advisory for changing despite them only being 3 weeks old Bosch Aeros
