Had service ,valet and mot. Valet far from perfect, hoovered & washed well but internals had hardly been touched . I had also asked for my car to be valued for purchase whilst there , as I was selling it . I chased at the end of the day when they finally called to say the works were complete - never heard any more !

Service & MOT undertaken. Pretty disappointed that car wasn't washed and vacuumed as I'd been expecting based on the booking form (and previous experience) - it's something that always 'adds value' when you're forking out a lot of money on a service.
