MOT and service seem to have been done perfectly, for a sensible price, plus they found a nail in one tyre and fixed the puncture. Just one or two small points - the requests in "Additional Notes" didn't make their way through, the drivers seat was not returned to my setting (the driver must have been a giant!), and the car didn't want to start at first, saying it needed re-connection. Worked fine on second try though.

Booked my MOT at LE Cramer as they had availability on the weekend. Recieved a couple of calls leading up to the booking from the helpful staff to confirm my MOT time. On the day of the MOT everything was like clock work, car was taken in at the time allocated and an hour or so later it was ready for collection. Will use again for future work.

The receptionist was able to rebook my MOT last Monday at4.00. The car was motd immediately and I was able to pick it up 40 minutes later with everything dealt with. Great service and friendly service. I will be back
