I booked an oil service on the understanding that a service booked via ‘Book my Garage’ would be equivalent of a service booked directly at a main VW dealership. However, this was not the case as I was told when collecting my vehicle that they had not changed the pollen filter, because they don’t do that for services booked via ‘Book my Garage’?? Because the cost of replacing the pollen filter is in excess of £70, it would appear that booking a service through yourselves is false economy?!!
