Booked dealer service for much cheaper via this site. Called not long after to pick the time. Confirmed 10am but after dropping the car off, seemed that the appointments meant nothing as good few others there too, and didn't get the car back until nearly 3pm. Wasn't the best service. Would've expected turnaround for a service much quicker. That said, free basic wash n valet thrown in so can't complaint too much.

I made enquiries about getting my vw polo looked over after I had just bought it. They said there would be a £180 diagnostics charge. I dropped them like a hot potato.
