Very pleased with the experience of dealing with JLR.Like most people, you just want honesty and transparency with the garage and JLR didn't disappoint. The first thing that impressed me was their rapid response to my booking. On the day itself, everything went smoothly. I booked an MOT and full service and this was all completed in good time. I had to call to check the progress but they kept me informed and at ease. The car wash at the end was a welcome bonus and I will use them again!

It was first time I used this car service company, l had mot & service great price. I also had a courtesy car. Also to my surprise my car had been washed and cleaned inside.Overall great experience would recommended

Took my car in, had some repairs done to the rear brakes, car was tested the day after I had it booked in for, then returned with the handbrake stuck on. Took the car back to them, mistakes happen, and it was "fixed"... after driving for a day or two the brake drum was making a whaling noise, took the car back again and it was "working perfectly when we gave it back to you", and to my surprise after another few days, the noise returns and the brake drum which was replaced (looks pretty corroded

Thank you for your comments, we welcome all. As explained at the time when you came to us you had no rear brakes on the car at all. Your car failed the MOT on rear brake. You would only authorise the minimum work to be carried out, though you were informed clearly that most was worn beyond repair. We replaced a wheel cylinder and brake shoes. The cables and the adjustment mechanism were worn, but you insisted to "just get through the MOT". The retest was carried out successfully and you took the car away. A Few days later you returned the vehicle because you were unhappy; even though we had informed you of the other items worn out we decided to replace your handbrake cables at our expense as that was the most worn element.
