On contacting Hendy Tonbridge, they had no knowledge of the booking, and had never heard of "book my garage" but the customer service dept. stepped in to help after my email to book my garage. Book my garage have never answered my email of complaint, so while I would Recommend Hendy of Tonbridge, go direct to Hendy and Avoid Book My Garage

Very straight forward, booked mot online and confirmation received by email. Very friendly staff at reception and they kept me informed and when vehicle ready. Would certainly use them for other services
