The Person who is working there makes it feel that he is doing the toughest job ever . I booked MOT where I realised after arriving that he took car to have MOT done at another place N&J . MOT failed so I did the repair in another place because H&R motors does not put in mind that other people have got work & not cooperative . For MOT repeat he asked me to come 22/10 at 10:30 (20 min drive & had to take day off) where he contacted N&J to tell him that he will only be able to do MOT at 15:30 !!

hello Sherif, i don't understand how i come across like i am doing the toughest job ever. I was only professional with you and tried to help you where i could. However as the mot testers were busy they couldn't carry out your re-test there and then for you. As i explained to you, your vehicle needed to go back on the mot ramp to carry out a headlamp aim test which needed the ramp to be free which was only going to be at 3:30. I didn't at any point state that your re-test would be carried out at 10.30 i said bring it down for then and leave it with us and we will get it done as soon as possible for you. Sadly if your vehicle needs work, we as do all garages cannot accommodate everybody's free time as we are only open 9-5.30 like everybody else's work pattern. Thank you anyway.

Hello Olatunde, i am deeply sorry our service did not match up to your expectations however we, like most small time garages do not offer a wash service unless specified from the customer as we dont have a dedicated wash station for vehicles. At a cost of £241.50 there is not enough money in the job for us to pay a valeter to wash it either. My best suggestion would be that if you want your car washing after a service, then you take the vehicle to main dealer where they have the facilities and they can hide the cost of the wash into your service price. We are a very transparent company and try to offer the best prices available for all work, this means we dont hide charges in your price for a wash of your vehicle unlike main dealer. I hope you understand and continue to use us. Cheers

Great service from the lads from start to finish. Price was great and work has been carried out on time with no issues! Even got my car washed after they carried out the job for me! 5** definitely be going back next time I need them!
