Poor customer service, unresponsive staff who don’t pick up the phone, felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, got the required work done elsewhere for less than a third of the quoted price. A nightmare to deal with, won’t be going back.

We identified over £5,000 in urgent repairs and offered to reduce costs with non-genuine parts and discounted labour, totalling £3,000. 3. You requested only the MOT failure item, a brake calliper, which we quoted at £500. 4. After additional discounts were declined, our Service Manager suggested seeking repairs elsewhere. While main dealer prices may be higher, we offer quality, trained technicians, genuine parts, and warranty. We regret not meeting your expectations but are available for further assistance.

I have been coming Glyn Hopkins watdord for 5+ years, I have always been welcomed with a lovey hello, I've had all questions answered, been listened to and treated with respect. Excellent customer service like this is what keeps me returning. A special thanks to Faz, he continues to amaze me with his knowledge but also how well he manages me and my family.
