Hi, For the last six months I experienced a problem with the battery of my remote key where it was always indicated on the dash board "Low key battery and for this reason I replaced the battery myself with the same number as the one from the factory with a Durcel one. However, this did not solve the problem. Also the same problem was indicated with the second key and I thought that I leave it until the service where I hoped it will be fixed. However, the service centre REFUSED to FIX IT.

Good: video explanation and there was a nice member of staff who saw me to the end. Bad: I turned up, took me about 20 minutes to park and was moved twice, then waited another 20 minutes to be seen, and when i was, the guy told me I was very late, and I was due in on the morning - they booked me in for 2pm. Took my keys, said it'll be done in 45 minutes. 2 hour later I could go back. I left it there for an advisory to be fixed. They said the next am. Went in pm, and still wasn't done.
