I am not happy with the service I received. I booked it as Full service but was only stamper as Minor service. When I queried this to the staff I did not get any satisfactory answer. They mentioned it was bcs I booked through my booking.com website. So I don't know if you are mis selling the minor as Full service? Overall I felt I was mis guided in getting the service done via website. There was barely minimum work done with no cleaning or video of health check etc.. done as per the standard .

Dear Mr Manoj, we apologise for any inconvenience caused , we carried out a Secret Service service as explained in your booking confirmation which also stated that this wasn't a manufacture service. We did stamp the Secret Service check sheet and we stamped the vehicles service book as a minor purely because a manufacture service with the additional operations weren't carried out. All our customers are given the option to upgrade to an manufacture service.
