Glyn Hopkin Chelmsford Fiat/Honda/MG/Nissan/Renault

I booked my vehicle in for a major service and drove from London after being fed up of local garages in East London who seem to diagnose and charge arbitrarily. The service package was substantial and the price was very reasonable. I left my car in the morning and it took the entire day however I was well pleased with the work. The car feels different and the service reports with video were so assuring. The front desk staff were so good and inviting too! No complaints, booking in another job.

Booked through secret garage major service which includes 60 items. When I dropped my car at the car . They refused to do the major service and said what I booked is for oil and oil filter and pollen filter only. I ended by paying the price of the major service if I booked directly through them not through my gargage

Although booked through BOOKMYGARAGE the dealership is the same Renault dealership we usually use for our Renault Zoe but BOOKMYGARAGE's price was less than going direct which was a surprise. We usually get good efficient service from Glyn Hopkin in Chelmsford and even at the lower price it was exactly the same. I was impressed with the BOOKMYGARAGE website. It is very easy to navigate round. I have now booked my car through the site and again the price was much lower than direct. Well done.
