Booked Full Service & MOT thru this website. Dropped vehicle in on the day arranged, and Dale advised that a Major Service is required. I had already obtained a price for this thru the website, just in case, so agreed. Everything went okay until went to collect. Dale said that the Cabin Microfilter has been replaced, but this is not included in the online quote for Major Service...so I was a bit confused.Should it not, as per Major Service? He said there has been some issues with them & website!
