Not good first no body call me from grange my appointment is booked. I call to garage they says you have to drop the car early morning even I book my appointment afternoon. Then when I going to drop the car in morning they says you have no booking here.because it’s third party booking. But again they book me on same day after that charge me 25£ extra from original quote,they says we car putting premium oil

Formula One Autocentre Strood no longer carry out MOT’s but Book My Garage keep taking the bookings and make appointments that don’t exist. Total waste of time.

Marc, we are sorry to hear of your recent experience using our website regarding your MOT booking. We rely on our garages updating their own availability on services they provide, or contacting us to process the update for them. All garages have full access to their accounts and can turn off MOT's if they are not able to accommodate. Upon receipt of your review we reached out to the garage to be advised they are currently without an MOT tester.
