Turned up as per my booking to be told I had no booking. Showed them my email and they said it was with book my garage just a comparison site. Left me no service and no MOT on my car. Disgusting

The customer service was bad l was never given an appointment and when l showed up they told me to come back in 2 hours as if it was my fault that they didn't call me to give me a time slot. Customer Service was rubbish and acted like is it my fault they have less staff.After returning reluctantly (couldn't get an appointment anywhere else)my MOT failed and the explanation for why l was failed was rubbish l didn't even know what was wrong and where the problem is. Had to pay extra for a diagnos
