Great comms before and after and service done exactly as stated. Only constructive feedback was it took all day for a minor service. Dropped off at 0830 and picked up at 1530. Thanks.

Booking process was easy and within 24 hours later I called the garage to confirm the booking. I dropped the car by 08:30 for an interim service and was then billed £120.00. I informed the garage the service was booked for £100.00 and showed them the confirmation. They claimed a "special" oil was used in the service and this is the new price, which is more than the dealer service. I was also told my tyres need changing as they're 1mm but the report showed they are 3mm. Not a trust worthy garage.

The person in the front had good customer service, I took my car for a full service. They got it done in the time frame I asked of them as I had work in the afternoon which was great! After they gave me the results I checked it with my usual garage, who said they were trying to make more money off me as my car didn’t need all the things they listed on their being done to it. They said my timing belt needed fixing but didn’t actually check it as it was changed 2.5 years ago and a wheel balance.
