Booked a brake fluid change in Ipswich for a pm appointment so arrived after lunch to find there were a couple of empty ramps and no one working in the garage so thought I won’t be here long as there not busy went to reception and was told “ we don’t have time to do that today should have dropped it off this morning and we do it when we have time “ I said I have a pm appointment “don’t matter we don’t have time drop I off in the morning we will see what we can do.

Turned up for my MOT, to be told they had to cancel it, apparently they tried to call, no call received, wasted a 20 minute drive to get there. And they couldn’t rebook for nearly two weeks. Needless to say I went elsewhere for my MOT.Had to give one star for value for money and quality, as it won’t let you leave it blank, but obviously I can’t comment on either of those.
