Went in for MOT. Changed a lot of the things that where Advisories on the last MOT. But apparently my dics are Pitted and scored. When I only changed the about 8 months ago. Came back for a retest a day after failing the MOT. Got things the necessary things replaced came back past MOT and then to only realise I had to pay £15 for the retest when it was supposed to be free from the beginning.

Thank you for your recent review, we were very sorry to hear that you weren't entirely happy with your visit. We made you aware at the time that the work completed was separate to the MOT fee and as such offered you the choice to pay for the labour costs which would've been around £37.00, or a retest fee of £15.00. You opted for the latter. Our policy is to offer a transparent and honest service to all of our customers.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry that your recent visit did not go as planned. Our MOT slots are an hour long and unfortunately, as you turned up half hour late this had an impact on the service we could offer. However, when it was spotted that your engine management light was on (something you said had noticed yourself prior to your garage visit), we dealt with the issue promptly to avoid an instant MOT fail.
