Folks - there is a problem with the linkage between your systems and Formula One. I called to book an MOT and was told none available. I then spotted your site which set out that bookings were available - I assumed you had reserved slots and so I booked. The garage called and politely explained. No criticism directly of Formula One Cannock - more that the systems are not joined up properly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your booking. To clarify, our systems are not directly integrated with Formula One Cannock’s booking system. However, the garage is notified of all bookings instantly and is responsible for keeping their availability accurate through their self-service portal. In the event that they are unable to fulfil a booking, they are required to contact the customer within four hours to inform them and discuss alternative arrangements. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will follow up with the garage to ensure their availability is regularly updated to avoid similar issues in the future. Brilliant service , respected I worked nights so called me with any problems with car early on phoned later in afternoon to say car was ready so I could sleep. All problems sorted and a pass on the mot
