I went for my MOT morning then they informed me MOT technician didnot come They didn’t even send email or message updating me I went there I was frustrated Horrible place never adviced

Thank you for your review although we're sorry that your booking did not go to plan. The day of your MOT our tester was off due to unforeseen circumstances and due to the timing of your booking, this did not allow us sufficient time to let you know in advance. Turned up at the garage for a booked MOT. Firstly they did not have the booking in their diary so I had to show them the email. Then they found it but then confirmed that my car (Porsche Cayenne) was too wide for the ramp. So I then had to book a second MOT somewhere else. Complete waste of time.

Thank you for your review although we're sorry that your booking did not go to plan. Unfortunately, we don't always know the size of the tyres until you turn up, in this instance your wheels were too wide for the ramp and this was only discovered when you arrived. Due to health and safety guidelines this made it impossible to carry out the MOT but we always try to work with you to find a solution. Kind regards.

This website (book my garage) gave me the option of booking an afternoon slot but the garage does not have this facility. It also has an area to fill in for any other issues but the garage couldn’t accommodate what I asked for so filling it in was pointless. I out of 5 stars for book my garage!
