Customer service very poor, i had to be following by myself and they never called as they promised to notify me that the car will be ready. They even failed to allocate my booking when i was checking to see if they saw my booking, revise the systems so it can work better for both sides.

I contacted Andover Autocentre on the day of my booking and although I had an Email supposedly from them they had not received a request for my booking so I had to rebook for Tuesday not impressed

Attended the business. Was informed that there was no booking on there system. Was advised I shouldn’t have gone through a third party website. Refused to do the works as no booking so left very disappointed.
