Booked MOT and Full service. Fiendly and professional staff you can count on. I was running a bit late and I did not know the time slots for the MOT checks are pre-booked but the staff were very flexible and managed to squeeze it in anyway avoiding a potential rebooking. The report was clearly presented to me when I collected the car and I was given also extra maintenance advice for the winter. I highly recommend to anyone.

Firstly I book for 23/9 am. Turnt up to be told I didn't have a booking. Shortly they realised a member of staff had booked it for the 30/9 instead. However my MOT expired on 29/9, so that made no sense! They then told me to come back at 12 30 in afternoon as I had taken the day off work. Went back at 12.30- the guy who was due to mot the car had gone on lunch. Finally got the car done and collected it to be told the charge was £42 when I booked it the email states £36- it was honoured.
