Thank you for your review, although I'm sorry you weren't happy with the service provided on this occasion. Your vehicle failed the MOT in line with DVSA guidelines. The repairs you then went ahead and did with an alternative garage were not of the expected standard, and as such, your vehicle once again failed when retested on your return to our garage. Once again, this was in accordance with the DVSA guidelines and we are unable to pass an MOT when it does not pass the relevant criteria. Kind regards, Ryan

I arrived early, but the manager arrived just after me and once he had switched off the alarms dealt with my registration for a service and MOT. As I live the other side of the city I would need warning when my car was ready for collection to ensure that I could get back by public transport in time before he closed. As promised he contacted me to explain what items needed action, to ask if I wanted them done, and the time that my car would now be ready for collection. I couldn’t ask for more 👍
