Paid for a full service and they only did an oil filter change and then they tried to charge me nearly £600 for work in order to pass MOT. I took the car back and went to a local garage who passed the MOT as NOTHING was wrong with the car! Fuming. It is fraud! Luckiky i knew someone who knew cars to help me. Never again!

The staff are welcoming and professional. Communication was good and the whole experience run like clockwork. The technicians were efficient & thorough, diagnosing a repairing a fault with the airbag sensor. My only criticism was the charge of £156 to plug in the car and diagnose the fault. Surely a garage / mechanics sole purpose is to diagnose & fix any issues? The £156 is excessive & where the work is carried out at the dealer should be reduced. Apart from that, the service was very good

The workmanship seems ok, no problems. There was a mix up with my booking. Although I had confirmation about my booking I was not booked in. I did book online which I was told that I should have booked by telephone. They did fit me in but I had no confirmation or certificate to say I had a mot. I had to ring up ask for a certificate. Usually I have found the garage excellent but I don’t know what had happened this time.
