Booked on a Tuesday for the following Monday morning turned up up 8am to be told I wasn't booked in as they didn't have availability. Then said someone would have tried to ring me but no-one had. Had to leave and came home to then get a phone call 3 hours later to say they couldn't fit me in but they did have a slot in a month's time. Got my car from them and used them all the time before but never again absolute joke.

After looking into this for Darren I can see we have made some mistakes on our end and unfortunately let the customer down. It's always with a certain sense of trepidation that you leave your 14-year-old car for an MOT. Of course, my fears came true, and it turned out to be costly — not more costly than at other garages. I checked. They received the wrong brake discs at first, so I had to wait an extra day. It was worth it. The repairs turned out cheaper than expected and I got my car back clean and nice, well as nice as a 14-year-old car can be. Thank you, Evans Halshaw Shiremoor! I'll be using your services again.
