Efficient booking in process. Car ready within 4 hours as estimated, and it had a complimentary wash and vacuum too - bonus! Final charge was less than quoted - double bonus!!

The garage said that they didn’t know about the booking and this was probably due to the fact that they are not accepting any more due to moving location soon.

Not had service as listed by book my garage,air filter not changed instead polen filter changed,new wiper blades fitted so total invoice was £205 instead of quoted £155.I was disappointed & confused,I don’t think the bookmysevice was understood by the service department,do I now need a a new air filter,dealer has quoted £100 !!!
