Didn't realise that the service wasn’t a full Ford service as the spark plugs aren’t included. They quoted another £120 to fit them! However, the car is used for 2,000 miles a year and 95% is on electric only so they didn’t need replacing. They refused to update the service record without paying the extra.

Recently i had my car in for a big service and the whole experience was without drama or hassle from start to finish .Booking on line very good .the staff in reception very helpful when I asked about pick up and drop off for my car. Happy with communication regarding the service was sent the information followed promptly by a phone call. Needed a tyre due to nail. Bit disappointed at the price of tyre as I estimate it cost me 40% more than I could have got it elsewhere. Will check my tyres prior to service next time. All staff friendly and polite as well as helpful. Would use again
