My car was booked in for a service and MOT on Wednesday, I was told on the day that it had failed the mot and needed a new part for it and I would get a phone call later that day. I did not get a call till Friday. It is now monday. I am still waiting to hear my car is fixed.

Very stupidly took my car for MOT here… big mistake. 3 weeks before this, I had all discs and pads changed on all 4 corners at a genuine VW centre. Fast forward to the result of the MOT, my brake caliper has ‘ seized ‘ and needs replacing. Firstly, I was told they would contact Skoda for a new caliper (obviously going to cost a fortune) obviously I didn’t allow that. These ‘ mechanics ‘ are paid on a commission basis…go figure. Ended up charging me £80 to essentially take my wheel off. AVOID
