I got a quote, with all the services noted on the quotation, major service for £170 but when I rang the company they said it’s only a oil service and they can’t do that, So I decided not to use them, if they quoted me initially a higher amount with the services I wanted I would have used them, But felt I was being messed about, wasted a lot of time, with this company Ended up going to my usual garage

When your team advised of tyre wear, the information was misleading. The telephone call stated that the tyre probably would not pass an mot as it was worn. it was stated that lucky there was one in stock and could complete for a set price. I pass the information to my husband who called your team to discuss and asked what the tyre depth was, however it was only after asking what the mot limit was, we were informed that these was approx 1.5mm left on the tyre, which would therefore pass an mot

Dear Ms Butler, Thank you for your feedback, however I can confirm that a tyre at 1.5mm of thread will fail an MOT as its below the maximum safety limit of 1.6mm. Each bold tyre can carry a fine in the UK of up to £2500 as a tyre below 1.5mm is deemed illegal
