Had to return to get the service light turned off. Car was not collected until after 10.30 am and was returned about 7.30pm.

Dear sir, Your job included the following per your requests. MOT - SERVICE - And Fit reversing lights from kit supplied. Video on fitting available online. Requires removal of trim and plug in replacements. Also to check whether new pollen filter required and fit if needed. By the time we had finished all of the above it was 5pm, we called you to ask whether you needed it back the same day or whether you could wait until the morning. You asked for it that same day, one of our staff was passing your area around 7.30pm which you was advised of, you agreed this was fine. We did our best, kept you in the loop and returned when agreed. We could do no more, the aftermarket lights you supplied just took longer then expected.
