Great comms, lovely efficient service, including a link to the Health Check Inspection video showing areas of concern. Superb courtesy car (arranged separately) - only negative was not being told about the £20 fee for the courtesy car when booking, but otherwise a superb experience.

I was given an invoice which included the service, I have a service plan so didn't need to pay that. The service advisor disagreed with me to begin with. Then when I walked out the show room to my car I thought it had been washed. I said to the advisor it's nice and clean, he said yes all washed and cleaned for you. It hadn't been touched. When I read the invoice it stated as part of the service the car had a courtesy wash and vac which it clearly hadn't

Regarding the invoice, I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the initial misunderstanding about your service plan coverage. We will review this internally to ensure such errors do not happen in the future. As for the courtesy wash and vacuum, I’m very sorry that this was not completed as stated on your invoice. This certainly does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. I will investigate this matter with the team to understand what went wrong and ensure this is addressed. Really good service - they called before the booking, walked through the day and the timings, then were really clear about any follow on maintenance. Excellent option, would recommend!
