I had my car booked for a morning MoT but asked in the booking if a 9.45 drop off was ok, I got no comment on that. On drop off I was told the car might not be ready until 3. As 3 approached I rang to find it wasn't ready. On collecting about 4 I was then informed the MoT was incomplete because their brake machine was broken. Agreeing to leave the car there the following Thursday, Wednesday drop for a Friday morning collection, seemed good. But not ready when I arrive at 10. 30mins later I leave

Unfortunately, our brake rollers broke while your MOT was in progress, and we had to arrange repairs, causing unavoidable delays. You phoned for an update, and we phoned back to inform you that we would not be able to carry out the MOT the same day.
