I bought my VW Polo TDI from here and got a ‘life’ free MOT charge from them as part of sale. I have been really pleased with my car and recently booked back in for MOT and service. All I can say is absolutely 5* on customer care and car care. I booked my 2025 MOT and Service without hesitation.

Rang them to with a question about my MOT booking a few days before I was due in. They said they did not have me booked in. They then checked their system and found I was booked in but they couldn’t do my MOT because they didn’t have a tester in that day. If I hadn’t have rang them I would have turned up and would have not got the MOT done. Very poor customer service.

Shocked and saddened to read this review, after multiple emails and several cancelled bookings on your part there becomes a point where no more time can be spent trying to book your vehicle in.
