I think the service was rushed and only picked up on a tyre that needed changing . Never asked if I wanted tyres replacing . Juts said I refused when I wasn’t asked. Also brakes are uneven wearing and was told they are ok . No video of service results like I usually get . Apart from that ok .

Contact online/text excellent from garage.Option,of,registering night before and just depositing car key in a small locker or going to reception when leaving vehicle on day of service.- Never come across that before.Good idea. Received text/e mail video during day re checking underside of car. Took about 4 hrs from drop off - call saying car ready after MOT & Major service. Saved over £200 using Secret Service rather than using my main dealer direct.
