Good service and friendly support overall. However, my car was kept longer than expected due to an issue with the MOT equipment. Next day, they called to say the car was ready for collection, but when I arrived, I was told the promised car wash hadn’t been done yet, and I’d need to wait another 30 to 60 minutes. It would have been better if they’d completed the wash before notifying me. Overall, it’s a decent place for servicing, but I was a bit disappointed with how the process was managed.

Brad and the team worked extra hard to make sure the repairs I needed to pass my MOT were completed on the same day so I could use my car in the evening. Everything ran super smoothly from start to finish and every member of the team that I interacted with was very professional and friendly. Great service on the car and great people running the show!
