Have used this garage before, and been pleased. This time around seemed to cost far more than expected, didn't seem to include winter "comfort kit" option I selected, and then told me about an extra possible fault only noticed when car was being prepared for me to collect, and after I had completed "in-store" survey, which made me wary of the standard of the service. Also, paid over £500 and they cannot just replace the clutch pedal cover that had recently slipped off. Terrible.

Have used this garage for over five years. As usual satisfied with all aspects of my visit. Impressed with smooth efficient on line check in. Thoroughness of technical staff and production of video safety check very good. Full marks for constant communication on progress during the day offering opportunity to ok extra work advised on. Full marks also to Service receptionist Paula Bateman.
