All round a great experience, easy to book online, great communication including video before hand of what to do on arrival. Polite and friendly team on hand who coordinated the necessary change of tyres with the finance company and a complimentary wash and vac too. Seriously couldn't ask for more.

They tried to charge for tracking that was mentioned on inspection or needed (seemingly it was an administrative error)also inspection said coolant level was low and and weak when it was actually at a correct level and after having checked it’s at maximum strength ,If I’d agreed to these unnecessary extras they would have cost me £160
