Turned up 15mins early to be told they had just started another MOT so it wouldn’t be started for an hour, I thought if you booked in for 10am it would be started at 10am. When I came to collect the car after the MOT I was charged £49.95, rather than £45.95, when I questioned the price I was told that was the price on the job card, but it wasn’t the price I was quoted. I paid the £49.95 as I wasn’t going to argue over £4 but think about it when I left I should have showed them my email quote!

Fitted my car in for an MOT and service straight away. Was contacted throughout the morning to advise how everything was going. Got my car back at lunchtime with a passed MOT and full service, all washed and hoovered aswell. Excellent service Thank you so much
